Azur Transfers providing Private transfers ensure that the client has sole occupancy of the vehicle. This is a door-to-door service and includes key collections and multiple drop-offs if required. Private Transfers is our default and common transfer service to clients.
To book a transfer with Azur Transfers, simply use our QUOTE generator on this page and you will see all of the transfer options available to you, with the price displayed being what you will pay, with no hidden charges. Booking takes a couple of minutes and you will receive an instant confirmation of your booking by email.
Start by selecting your departure point (From) i.e. Airport, Resort or City.
Select your destination (To).
Travelling one-way only? Simply select ‘one-way’.
Enter the number of passengers (more specified information - differing numbers for the arrival / departure can be specified on booking Step 2), enter the dates of travel and click on ‘Get Quote’.
Quote Generator will show you a new page and will show the available transfer option to book and price. Prices will be given in EUR.
If the given quote is acceptable to you, fill-up the required information, accept terms and conditions and click 'Book Now' - this will take you through to the next page (payment page).
If the given quote is not acceptable, you can search again.
Your quote journey will either be set for “AVAILABLE FOR BOOKING WITH INSTANT CONFIRMATION” or “AVAILABLE UPON ENQUIRY Response within 24 hours”.
When you have clicked 'Make Payment', you will be directed to our payment page, to handle payments online with a credit or debit card.
Once you have completed the payment, you will now see, that your booking has been successful. At this point, you will receive an email booking confirmation from us, which includes all of your transfer information, details of what to do at the airport and any contact numbers you may require. Please check these details carefully.
Now, you simply follow the instructions when you arrive at the airport to locate your driver. For your return journey, we will contact you, the afternoon before you are due to depart, confirming your exact pickup time.
What to do if your card payment fails or is rejected?
There can be many reasons why your card payment can be rejected, like limits set on payments or SCA process (2-factor authentication) did not proceed. Our office regularly checks unsuccessful card payments for bookings, but it requires time to process them from our side. If you face issues with card payment, we encourage you to contact us.
